Which cryptocurrencies can I purchase using btcfix.exchange site?
At present we sell only BTC through our site, though in future we have plans to sell other cryptocurrencies too.

You can use a multiplatform HD (hierarchical deterministic) wallet like Jaxx to create your secure BTC wallet.

What are the accepted forms of payment?
You can make your purchase using Credit/Debit cards issued by VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro. Make sure your card can be used to make International purchases.
What information needs to be submitted to process credit/debit card payments?
Our payment gateway asks for the following information - Card number (16 digits), Expiry date (MM/YY format), CVV/CVC code found on the back of the card, Name on the card, Address, Zipcode, City, Country and your Phone number.
Done with KYC, what next? When will I finally receive my BTC?
Once you pass the KYC verification process successfully, we will initiate the process of crediting your wallet with the BTC that you purchased. The time taken for the BTC to get reflected in your wallet usually depends on fast it gets 3 confirmations in the blockchain explorer.
Is there any time period to do KYC after a successful purchase?
Yes, you have 72 hours after a successful purchase to successfully complete your KYC verification procedure, failing which we will be forced to cancel your purchase and issue you a full refund.
Why is that I need to pass KYC after I made a purchase?
As a licensed and regulated payment processing company, this extra level of authentication is required to comply with “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and “Anti-Money Laundering” (AML) regulations.
What documents do I need to submit as part of the KYC procedure to get my profile verified?
You will need to upload a document for Proof of ID and another one for proof of residence.
For Proof of ID - Make a selfie holding your Government issued ID or Driver's License or Passport next to your face (Both front and back side of the ID). Please make sure that you are looking straight at the camera and that the information on your document is clearly visible.
For proof of residence, you can send us your Bank statement, utility bill, water bill, electric bill or telephone bill. Your full name, address and the date of issue must be clearly visible and the document must be a recent one and not older than 6 months. Please make sure that all 4 corners of the document are visible.
Supported formats of documents - .jpg, .png or .pdf and size should be more than 500 KB and the quality of the image not less than 300 dpi.
